Massage therapy is a holistic practice that involves the manipulation of the body's soft tissues to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellness. Through various techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, and relaxation massage, therapists target areas of tension, alleviate muscle pain, and improve circulation. Whether for managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply unwinding from daily stress, massage therapy provides both physical and mental relief, supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Regular sessions can improve flexibility, enhance mood, and help restore balance to both body and mind.
About Me
Janet Patchett is a graduate of the New Zealand College of Massage, with 18 years of experience in the industry. Following the closure of the New Lynn Osteopathic Clinic, I have relocated my practice to my home clinic, where I continue to offer a range of treatments focused on relaxation, mobility, and enhancing functionality.
My goal is to help clients achieve their desired outcomes, whether that’s for stress relief or by working at a deeper level to restore and improve function and mobility in overworked muscles.
